About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 9, the Art. 316) the following changes and amendment:
1. State Article 3 in the following edition:
"Article 3. Legislation on drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors
The legislation on drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors and measures of counteraction to their illicit trafficking and abuse of them consists of this Law, come in the procedure established by the law into force of international treaties which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic, and the regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic which are not contradicting them.".
2. In Article 10:
shall be replaced with words the words "About Licensing" "About licensed authorization system in the Kyrgyz Republic";
add Article with part 2 following of content:
"Data on the granted licenses and permissions are information of limited access.".
3. Recognize Articles 12 and 13 invalid.
4. State Article 19 in the following edition:
"Article 19. Import to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, export from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and transit through the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors
