1. Make additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. part one of subitem 8.11 of Item 8 of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of the conclusion of contracts with heads of the state organizations approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2007 No. 604 "About the conclusion of contracts with heads of the state organizations" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 131, 5/25234), to add with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"failure of consideration about non-admission of the beginning of construction of facilities, included in state programs, in the absence of the confirmed amounts and sources of financing.";

1.2. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 29.02.2016 No. 167

2. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus in two-month time to bring the contracts signed with heads of the organizations into compliance with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
