Drafts of the legal acts except for specified in the parts two of this Item sent to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus shall be approved with the Ministry of Justice which provides coordination of rule-making work in the Government of the Republic of Belarus (in system of the republican state bodies subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus) and bears responsibility for quality of obligatory legal examination of drafts of legal acts.";
