1. Approve Changes in some decisions which are attached.
2. Submit to legal support department this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This decision becomes effective along with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of April 15, 2014 No. 1206-VII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of procedure for opening of business", but not earlier than day of its official publication.
