About entering of amendment into the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 21, 2014 No. 199 "About additional measures for enhancement of monitoring of the foreign trade transactions in the Republic of Uzbekistan"
For the purpose of ensuring proper safety of information on the contracts in foreign trade containing data on the state secrets, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Add the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 21, 2014 with No. 199 "About additional measures for enhancement of monitoring of the foreign trade transactions in the Republic of Uzbekistan" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2014, No. 7, the Art. 74) Item 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1. The contracts in foreign trade containing data on the state secrets are not subject to input in the Single electronic information system of the foreign trade transactions.
The contracts in foreign trade containing data on the state secrets, and also the documents connected with execution of these contracts are represented to bodies of Customs Service and the servicing bank in accordance with the established procedure.
Cargo customs declarations according to the contracts in foreign trade containing data on the state secrets are drawn up by bodies of Customs Service in paper form. Payment and transfer of means under such contracts are performed by the servicing banks in accordance with the terms of the contract.
Exchange of information between bodies of currency exchange control and banks about overdue receivables and concerning monitoring of currency transactions according to the contracts in foreign trade containing data on the state secrets is performed in accordance with the established procedure".
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov.
