1) in table of contents:
to state headings of Articles 292 and 294 in the following edition:
"Article 292. Violation by subjects of the State energy register of obligation on provision of information entered in the State energy register, requirements about obligatory annual decrease in amount of consumption of energy resources and water per unit of products, the areas of buildings, structures and constructions up to the sizes determined following the results of energy audit";
"Article 294. Violation of restrictions on sale and use of products in the field of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency";
to exclude heading of Article 295;
to state heading of Article 296 in the following edition:
"Article 296. Non-compliance with procedure for carrying out energy audit, procedure for activities of the training centers established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on energy saving and increase in energy efficiency";
Heading and paragraph one of part one of Article 292 to state 2) in the following edition:
"Article 292.
