In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About additional measures for application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fertility of lands" of October 23, 2003 No. 979 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, No. 10, Article 584; 2007, No. 2, Article 87; 2009, No. 4, Article 226; Presidential decrees of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 31, 2014 No. 316 and 321) to make the following changes:
1. paragraphs of part 1 respectively to consider the second or fifth Items 1.1-1.4;
