About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state defense order"

- in the paragraph the second the words "Agency on Providing with Special Property under the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, Management of Corrective Cases of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "Agency on providing with special property under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Head department on execution of criminal penalties of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan";
- in paragraphs three and the fourth shall be replaced with words the words "Ministries of Energy and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan" "Industry ministry and new technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
3. To state the text of Article 3 in the following edition:
"The legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on the state defense order is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and consists of this Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.".
4. Third of Article 5 to state part in the following edition:
