1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of water disposal.

Recommend to the organizations performing water disposal and their subscribers for whose objects standard rates of admissible dumpings of pollutants, other substances and microorganisms are established, in 2014 to be guided by requirements of Item 3 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 29, 2013 No. 644 "About approval of Rules of cold water supply and water disposal and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" taking into account the changes approved by this resolution.
