1) in Article 264:
a) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts one of the word "manage the vehicle" "hold certain positions or be engaged in certain activities";
b) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts two of the word "manage the vehicle" "hold certain positions or be engaged in certain activities";
c) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts three of the word "manage the vehicle" "hold certain positions or be engaged in certain activities";
d) to state paragraph two of part four in the following edition:
"it is punished by imprisonment for a period of two up to seven years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years.";
e) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts five of the word "manage the vehicle" "hold certain positions or be engaged in certain activities";
e) to state paragraph two of part six in the following edition:
"it is punished by imprisonment for a period of four up to nine years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years.";
g) declare the note invalid;
h) add with notes of the following content:
