"3.2. At the same time in case of the inquiry expiration the prosecutor establishes the term of additional inquiry no more than 10 days. Further prolongation of term of inquiry is performed in accordance with general practice according to the procedure, established by parts three, the fourth and fifth this Article.
3.3. Having recognized the resolution on suspension of production of inquiry on criminal case unreasonable, the chief of division of inquiry issues the motivated decree on its cancellation and renewal of production of inquiry, and in case of the bases provided by Items 1 and 2 of part one of article 211 of this Code - about its renewal. If necessary the term of additional inquiry is established by the prosecutor up to 10 days based on the petition of the chief of division of inquiry. Further prolongation of term of inquiry is performed in accordance with general practice according to the procedure, established by parts three, the fourth and fifth this Article.".
