Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of April 2, 2014 No. 37-FZ "About features of functioning of financial system of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol for transition period" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 14, Art. 1529; No. 30, Art. 4258) following changes:

Article 8 to add 1) with parts 5.2 - 5.4 following of content:

"5.2. The Bank of Russia establishes features of requirements:

1) to own means of the managing companies and organizations registered in the territory of the Republic of Crimea or in the territory of the federal city of Sevastopol and which obtained the license of the Bank of Russia for implementation of activities of specialized depositary of investment fund, mutual investment fund and non-state pension fund;

2) to structure and structure of assets of the mutual investment funds specified in part 5.1 of this Article including to procedure and terms of their reduction in compliance with requirements of the Federal Law of November 29, 2001 No. 156-FZ "About investment funds";

3) to conditions and procedure for transactions with investment shares of the mutual investment funds specified in part 5.1 of this Article;

4) to features of evaluating property of the mutual investment funds specified in part 5.1 of this Article.
