"Features of the agreement of finance lease (the agreements of the leasing) signed by the public or local government office are established by the Federal Law of October 29, 1998 No. 164-FZ "About finance lease (leasing)".".
Bring in the Federal Law of October 29, 1998 No. 164-FZ "About finance lease (leasing)" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 44, Art. 5394; 2002, No. 5, Art. 376; 2006, No. 31, Art. 3429; 2010, No. 19, Art. 2291; 2013, No. 26, Art. 3207) following changes:
Item 2 of Article 1 to declare 1) invalid;
Chapter I to add 2) with Article 9.1 of the following content:
"Article 9.1. Features of the agreement of the leasing signed by the public or local government office
1. In the agreement of leasing if leasing recipient is the public or local government office, the obligation of the lessor to independently determine the seller of property by the agreement of leasing shall be provided.
2. If leasing recipient under the agreement of leasing is the public or local government office, it is not allowed to perfrom calculations for leasing payments products (in natural form) made by means of leasing subject.
3. Along with the conditions provided by Items 1 and 2 of this Article treat essential terms of the contract of leasing on which leasing recipient is the public or local government office:
