About some questions of state-owned property

1. Transfer the state block of shares of Kazteleradio joint-stock company from republican property to payment of the placed shares of joint-stock company "National infocommunication holding "Zerde".

2. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
