About modification of article 251 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in part 3 of article 251 of the Federal Law of November 27, 2010 No. 311-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 48, of the Art. 6252) change, having stated it in the following edition:

"3. The replacement procedure of foreign goods equivalent goods (application of equivalent compensation) is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
