"3) the subsoil plots containing underground waters which are used for the purposes of drinking and economic and household water supply (further - drinking water supply) or technological support by water of objects of the industry or objects of agricultural purpose and which amount of production makes no more than 500 cubic meters per day.";
To add 2) in article 6 part two after the words "on the subsoil plot of federal importance" with words "the legal entity who is under control of foreign investors or the foreign investor", "the subsoil user only after completion of geological studying of subsoil on this subsoil plot" to exclude words;
