About introduction of amendments to article 8 of the Federal law "About National Payment System"

Article 1

Bring in part 1 of article 8 of the Federal Law of June 27, 2011 No. 161-FZ "About national payment system" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 27, the Art. 3872) the following changes:

1) the second offer to state in the following edition: "The list of details of transfer is established by regulations of the Bank of Russia, except for the list of the details of transfer necessary for accounting of payment receipt which are sources of forming of the income of budgets of budget system of the Russian Federation, other payments arriving into accounts of bodies of the Federal Treasury, and payments for performance of works, rendering services by budget and autonomous institutions, and also except for forms of the order of the client - physical person for implementation of the specified payments, and the agreement signed by the operator on money transfer with the client or between operators on money transfer.";

To add 2) with the offer of the following content: "The list of the details of transfer necessary for accounting of payment receipt which are sources of forming of the income of budgets of budget system of the Russian Federation, other payments arriving into accounts of bodies of the Federal Treasury, and payments for performance of works, rendering services by budget and autonomous institutions, and also form of the order of the client - physical person for implementation of the specified payments is established by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Bank of Russia.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
