Bring in the Federal constitutional Law of March 21, 2014 No. 6-FKZ "About acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation of new subjects - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 12, the Art. 1201) the following changes:
1) Article 4 to add with part 4 following of content:
"4. The person recognized according to part of 1 this Article the citizen of the Russian Federation and who received the identity document of the citizen of the Russian Federation is recognized in the territory of the Russian Federation the citizen who does not have nationality of foreign state in case of submission of the statement for unwillingness to consist in nationality of foreign state by it. The application for unwillingness to consist in nationality of foreign state is submitted to the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of migration. Together with the statement for unwillingness to consist in nationality of foreign state the document confirming availability of other nationality is submitted.";
