Bring in article 3 of the Federal Law of July 21, 1997 No. 118-FZ "About bailiffs" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 30, Art. 3590; 2008, No. 52, Art. 6235; 2009, No. 29, Art. 3631; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7352; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2014, No. 11, the Art. 1099) change, having added with its Item 3.1 of the following content:

"3.1. In case of appointment of citizens of the Russian Federation to separate positions of Federal Bailiff Service the psychophysiological research, testing regarding the use of drugs and psychotropic substances, availability at them alcoholic, drug or other toxic addiction are conducted. The procedure for carrying out psychophysiological research, testing regarding the use of drugs and psychotropic substances, availability of alcoholic, drug or other toxic addiction and the list of positions in case of appointment to which the specified psychophysiological research, testing are conducted, are determined by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.".
