According to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 21, 2013 to No. 895 "About approval of the Order of interaction of subjects of social maintenance of families (persons) which are in difficult vital circumstances", of November 21, 2013 No. 896 "About approval of the Procedure for identification of families (persons) which are in difficult vital circumstances, of provision of social services and implementation of social maintenance of such families (persons) by it" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the current legislation is ordered:

Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Ukraine for family, youth and sport, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, State department of Ukraine concerning execution of punishments of June 14, 2006 No. 1983/388/452/221/556/596/106 "About approval of the Order of interaction of subjects of social work with families which appeared in difficult vital circumstances", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 12, 2006 for No. 824/12698.
