Bring in the Federal Law "About Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation" (in edition of the Federal Law of November 17, 1995 No. 168-FZ) (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 8, Art. 366; Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 47, Art. 4472; 1999, No. 7, Art. 878; No. 47, Art. 5620; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2005, No. 45, Art. 4586; 2007, No. 24, Art. 2830; No. 31, Art. 4011; 2009, No. 48, Art. 5753; 2010, No. 27, Art. 3416; 2011, No. 1, Art. 16; No. 45, Art. 6327; No. 48, Art. 6730; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2014, No. 14, Art. 1560; No. 23, Art. 2930; No. 30, Art. 4234) following changes:
1) in Item 2 of Article 1:
a) in the paragraph the second words "the federal ministries, the state committees, services and other federal executive bodies," shall be replaced with words "federal executive bodies, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation,";
b) word in paragraph three "the federal ministries, the state committees, services and other federal executive bodies," shall be replaced with words "federal executive bodies, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation,";
Article 12 to add 2) with Item 1.1 of the following content:
"1.1. The citizen of the Russian Federation not more young 35 years meeting the requirements established by paragraph one of Item 1 and Item 2 of article 40.1 of this Federal Law is appointed to position of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.";
To add 3) with Article 12.1 of the following content:
"Article 12.1. Position assignment and dismissal of deputy attorneys general of the Russian Federation
