1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 26, 2012 No. 1967/5 "About approval of the Procedure for information transfer about open enforcement proceedings in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 2, 2013 on No. 4/22536 (further - the order), such change:
in heading and the text of the order to exclude the word "open".
2. Bring in the Procedure for information transfer about open enforcement proceedings in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs, No. 1967/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 26, 2012 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 2, 2013 at No. 4/22536 (further - the Procedure), the following changes:
