About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of December 3, 2008 No. 817
For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of Item 2 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of July 04, 2012 to No. 5039-VI "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcohol ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" concerning functions of authorized body" I ORDER:
1. In heading and in Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of December 03, 2008 "About approval of the Procedure for consideration by the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of the materials forming the basis for application of financial sanctions, the stipulated in Article 17 Laws of Ukraine "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcohol ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" of the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 12, 2009 on No. 6/16022, by "The Ministry of Economics of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words No. 817 "The Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine".
2. Bring in the Procedure for consideration by the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine for the materials forming the basis for application of financial sanctions, the stipulated in Article 17 Laws of Ukraine "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcohol ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products", No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of December 03, 2008 817, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 12, 2009 on No. 6/16022, such changes:
"The Ministry of Economics of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words 1) in heading of the Procedure for the word "The Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine";
