About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2012 No. 1207

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2012 No. 1207 "About approval of criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of the economic activity connected with work on land management, zemleotsenochny works and the land biddings is estimated and frequency of holding planned actions of the state supervision (control) is determined" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 1, the Art. 16) changes which are applied.

1. In the resolution:
The word "carrying out" to replace 1) in the name of the resolution with the word of "implementation", and after words of "supervision (control)" to add with words "The state agency of land resources";
To add 2) in the deciding part after words of "supervision (control)" with words "The state agency of land resources".
2. In appendix to the resolution:
The name of appendix after words of "supervision (control)" to add 1) with words "The state agency of land resources";
The subitem 3 of Item 3 to exclude 2);
