For the purpose of realization of priority measure for increase in social protection of workers of industries of the budget sector with the low compensation provided by the Program of activities of the Government "The European integration: "Freedom, democracy, welfare" for 2011-2014, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. Determine that the expenses connected with enforcement of this Resolution will become covered at the expense of the funds allocated for the corresponding year.

3. Provisions of this Resolution become effective since September 1, 2014, except for the regulations providing establishment of new official pay rates to workers whose compensation is performed on the basis of the Single scale of charges, and change of the pay levels of work by the government employee of the Secretariat of the Constitutional court, the Supreme council of magistracy, the Highest trial chamber, Prosecutor General's Office, appeal chambers, courts, territorial and specialized prosecutor's offices which will become effective since October 1, 2014.

Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 381 of April 13, 2006 "About payment terms of work of workers of the budget sphere" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 66-69, 431), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

Syntagma "on June 1, 2013" to replace 1) in Item 5-1 of the resolution with syntagma "on October 1, 2014";

2) in Uniform conditions of compensation of workers of the budget sphere:

b) item 4:

The financial support given to workers of the budget sphere including heads, is recalculated in proportion to worked time in position in settlement period in case of suspension or cancellation of the individual employment contract by resignation or dismissal before the termination of settlement year, except as specified, when the worker stopped or suspended activities based on Items and) and e) Articles 76, of Item d) parts (1) Articles 78, of Items and) and i) Articles 82, of Items b) - e) and u) parts (1) Article 86 and in case of transfer in educational institution according to part (2) Article 85 of the Labor code.";

3) appendix No. 1:

a) add Item 5 with the paragraph of the following content:

"In cases of insufficiency of pedagogical personnel, it is allowed to work to heads of preschool institutions which functions in the mode at least 10,5 of hours in day, from approval of the relevant department of education, youth and sport, part-time, in time off, in the run organization in limits of 0,25 of official pay rate of the tutor.";

The leading employees and specialists who do not have the status of the faculty and employees of organizations of the higher and post-university education and the institutes of advanced training financed from the government budget have the right to the allowance for outstanding performance and intensity of work according to Item 10 of Uniform conditions of compensation and within 20% estimated from the amount of fund of compensation on payment of official pay rates according to the approved staff list.";
