About social insurance of the citizens performing business activity in the markets

For efficiency of carrying out registration, the personified accounting and social protection of the citizens performing business activity, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. To social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic in coordination with the regional, district, city public administrations, the city hall of mountains. Bishkek and local government bodies (айыл to okmot) in two-month time to develop actions for the national social insurance of the citizens performing business activity in the markets.

2. For the purpose of social insurance of the citizens performing business activity in the markets:

- authorize administrations of the markets to act as employers (insurers) for the citizens performing business activity in the markets;

- to administrations of the markets together with bodies of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic to equip places for ensuring registration, the personified accounting, certification on social protection and issue of the data containing on the personal insurance account of each citizen performing business activity in the markets;

- oblige administrations of the markets to perform collection of insurance premiums from the citizens performing business activity in the markets and their payment to bodies of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic. Collection is performed by inclusion in payment for the trade place provided to the citizens performing business activity in the markets, the amounts of insurance premiums on the national social insurance.

3. To social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic together with National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic with involvement of public organizations (associations), individual entrepreneurs to develop single forms of accounting (registration) documents, to record individual entrepreneurs - citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic both within the republic, and beyond its limits.
