Bring in the Procedure for distribution of the means arriving on current accounts with the special mode of use for carrying out settlings with the guaranteed supplier of natural gas, No. 217 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 18, 2014 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 53, the Art. 1417, No. 75, the Art. 2132), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for distribution of means which arrive on current accounts with the special mode of use for carrying out settlings with the guaranteed supplier of natural gas

1. In Item 9:

to "applicable fares" to add paragraph two after words with the words "on each category of consumers";

add Item after paragraph two with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Actual cost of the natural gas acquired at the guaranteed supplier for production of heat energy for each category of consumers in 12 months (with breakdown on months) preceding the month prior settlement (inclusive).".
