Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

1. In paragraph one of Item 9 of the Standard regulations of local public administration approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 11, 1999 No. 2263 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 50, Art. 2456; 2007, No. 83, the Art. 3072) shall be replaced with words words of "the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" "the resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine accepted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
2. In the subitem 1 of Item 33 of the Procedure for the creation, consideration, approval and the main requirements to accomplishment of estimates of budgetary institutions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2002 No. 228 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 9, Art. 414; 2003, No. 9, Art. 380, No. 30, Art. 1546; 2004, No. 17, Art. 1182; 2005, No. 4, Art. 230; 2011, No. 5, Art. 248; 2012, No. 22, the Art. 837), words "the Head of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
3. In the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2012, No. 56, Art. 2238, No. 89, Art. 3606; 2013, No. 20, Art. 680, No. 35, Art. 1238; 2014, No. 24, Art. 735):
