"11. Payment of daily allowance in foreign currency and allowances according to Item 1 of this resolution is made by federal state bodies, state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation, federal state institutions within means of the federal budget and means of the relevant budgets of the state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation allocated for the corresponding year for their maintenance.".
