About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the All-Russian Agricultural Census"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 21, 2005 No. 108-FZ "About the All-Russian agricultural census" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 30, Art. 3119; 2011, No. 29, Art. 4291; 2013, No. 19, Art. 2331) following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1) the All-Russian agricultural census (further - agricultural census) - the continuous federal statistical observation providing collection of the data on objects of agricultural census established by this Federal Law as of certain date and which is periodically carried out in all territory of the Russian Federation according to official statistical methodology for the purpose of forming of official statistical information;";

b) in Item 5 of the word "statistical information" shall be replaced with words "official statistical information";

c) declare Item 6 invalid;

2) in Article 2:

a) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1) forming of official statistical information on the main indicators of production of agricultural products and industry structure of agricultural industry, about availability and about use of its resource potential for development of the forecast of development of agricultural industry, measures of economic impact on increase in efficiency of agricultural production;";

b) declare Item 2 invalid;

c) to add Item 3 after the word "obtaining" with the word "official";

Article 5 to state 3) in the following edition:

"Article 5. Frequency, date and term of carrying out agricultural census

1. The agricultural census is conducted at least once in ten years.
