Determination in 2015 of the maximum value and size of individual pension coefficient according to the Federal Law of December 28, 2013 No. 400-FZ "About insurance pensions" is performed proceeding from the direction of the complete size of individual part of rate of insurance premium for financing of insurance pension and lack of forming of pension accruals at the expense of insurance premiums for mandatory pension insurance according to the Federal Law of July 24, 2009 No. 212-FZ "About insurance premiums in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation, Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund".".
