Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 16, 2011 No. 1201 "About approval of the Procedure of mandatory engineering supervision of tractors, self-propelled chassis, self-propelled farm, road-building and meliorative vehicles, agricultural machinery, other mechanisms" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 92, the Art. 3334).

In Regulations on the procedure for certification of the tractor operator-driver approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 2, 1994 No. 217 (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 7, Art. 187; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, Art. No. 28 938, No. 92, Art. 3115; 2010, No. 74, Art. 2625; 2011, No. 85, Art. 3102):

Paragraph one of Item 31 to state 4) in the following edition:
"31. State agricultural inspection performs centralized providing territorial authorities with forms of certificates.".
