About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – Part (2) article 45 of the Law on water No. 272 of December 23, 2011 (2012, 81, Art. 264), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:
"(2) In zones where there are no necessary superficial water sources, however there are sufficient inventories of underground waters, including drinking quality, use of these waters and for other purposes in addition to needs of drinking and household water supply based on the provisions approved by the Government is allowed.".
Art. II. – In part (2) article 63 of the Code about subsoil No. 3-XVI of February 2, 2009 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 75-77, 197), with subsequent changes, shall be replaced with words the words "according to article 96 of the Water code No. 1532-XII of June 22, 1993." "according to provisions of the Law on water No. 272 of December 23, 2011.".
