1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 4, 2013 No. 684 "About approval of samples of the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the identity certificate of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the residence permit of the foreigner in the Republic of Kazakhstan, certificates of the stateless person, the certificate of the refugee and requirements to their protection" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 40, the Art. 590) the following changes:
1) in the sample of the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
the fourth item 4 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

5, 6 to state Items in the following edition:
