1) in Article 11:
to add part one of Item 3 with subitem 1-1) of the following content:
"1-1) presidiums of plenary meeting;";
add with Item 6 of the following content:
"6. Under regional court for assessment of moral qualities of candidates for judgeship the advisory advisory body - Public council is formed.
The conclusion of Public council has advisory nature.";
Items 2 and 3 of Article 14 to state 2) in the following edition:
"2. In case of early termination or the expiration of powers of the chairman of regional court temporary fulfillment of duties of the chairman is assigned by the Chairman of the Supreme Court to one of chairmen of appeal judicial boards of regional court, and in case of absence of chairmen of appeal judicial boards temporary fulfillment of duties of the chairman of regional court is assigned to the judge of cassation judicial board of regional court.
Chairmanship at meetings of cassation judicial board of regional court is assigned to the judge of cassation judicial board of regional court.
3. In case of temporary absence of the chairman of regional court assignment of fulfillment of duties is performed by the chairman of regional court on one of chairmen of appeal judicial boards of regional court, and in case of absence of chairmen of appeal judicial boards temporary fulfillment of duties of the chairman of regional court is assigned to the judge of cassation judicial board of regional court.
