In the "Rules of transportation of dangerous goods by sea transport" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 24, 2000 No. 75 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 4, the book II, Article 321; 2002, No. 11, Article 675; 2006, No. 9, Article 822; 2009, No. 8, Article 675; 2012, No. 10, Article 1021; 2014, No. 1, Article 57) to make the following changes:
1. in Item 1.3 of the word "The International Convention about Health Protection of People in the Sea" shall be replaced with words "International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea", shall be replaced with words the word "in ports" "in seaports (further - port)".
