1) in part two of Article 8 of the word "balance sheets" shall be replaced with words "accounting (financial) records";
6 parts one of Article 14 of the word "about reliability financial" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item "about accounting (financial)";
Item 2 parts two of Article 17 to state 3) in the following edition:
"2) the document confirming registration of the legal entity, and accounting (financial) reports together with audit opinion under it for three previous years;";
4) in Article 40:
a) state the name in the following edition:
"Article 40. Requirements to financial accounting in credit institution";
b) state part one in the following edition:
"The Bank of Russia approves industry standards of financial accounting, the chart of accounts of financial accounting and procedure for its application for credit institutions, and also establishes requirements to submission of accounting (financial) records, creation and submission of the statistical reporting by credit institutions in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and taking into account the international banking practice.".
