About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – Article 8 of the Law on regulation of business activity by licensing No. 451-XV of July 30, 2001 (repeated publication: 2005, Art. No. 26-28, 95), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (2-2) following of content:
"(2-2) License for the types of activity specified in Items 12, of 13, 26 and 27 parts (1), it is issued in the presence of the positive conclusion of the National agency on regulation of nuclear and radiological activities.".
