About approval of Changes to the Procedure for assistance on partial unemployment
According to article 47 of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for granting of the help with partial unemployment I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for the assistance on partial unemployment approved by the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of March 7, 2013 No. 103, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 16, 2013 for No. 756/23288, which are applied.
2. To department of the labor market and employment (Zinkevich N. I.) submit this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister V. Yaroshenko.
