About modification of article 10 of the Law on the public social benefits to some categories of citizens No. 499-XIV of July 14, 1999

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – Part (1) article 10 of the Law on the public social benefits to some categories of citizens No. 499-XIV of July 14, 1999 (repeated publication: 2014, 214) to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 87-91, in the following edition:

"(1) the benefit Size to children on the occasion of loss of the supporter constitutes 30 percent of the size of index-linked minimum pension on age established annually by the Government on each child.".

Art. II. – This law becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
