About entering of amendment and changes into the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 8, the Art. 922) the following amendments and changes:

1. Add Article 55 with part 5 of the following content:

"5. Bodies of Tax Service are forbidden to demand from the taxpayer of payment of money over the amount of the tax liability.".

2. To state part 1 of Article 198 in the following edition:

"1. Join in original cost of fixed assets: actual costs on their acquisition, including the interest expenses connected with acquisition and production of fixed assets for own use; costs for production, installation, installation and finishing them to condition in which they are suitable for use; customs duties and charges, taxes, except for the VAT which is subject to offsetting, expenses on insurance of fixed assets in transit and other costs increasing their cost, except for the amounts of the taxes considered as a part of expenses on which the taxpayer has the right to deductions according to this Code.".

3. In Items 1 and 2 of part 2 of Article 272 of the text in state language to replace the word "paydalanylgan" with the word "arnalgan".

4. In state language to state item 4 of part 2 of Article 310 of the text in the following edition:

"4) Betin to materialdarda kaptooch to onduru учун tabigy tashtarga - 12 пайыз олчомундо;".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2009, except for Item 1 of article 1 of this Law.

Item 1 of article 1 of this Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
