About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tajikistan"

Article 1. Bring in article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 20, 2008 "About the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tajikistan" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 3, Art. 191; 2011, No. 6, Art. 453; 2012, No. 4, Art. 261) following change and amendment:

- add part 1 with Item е) the following content:

"e) to information access, consideration and verification of addresses of citizens about right of access to information;";
