About approval of Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning notariate

1. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning notariate which are attached.

2. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine:

of June 27, 2008 No. 1094/5 "About approval of the Procedure for passing of training in office of notary public or at the private notary and training of the trainee for notarial activities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 27, 2008 for No. 572/15263 (with changes);

of July 7, 2011 No. 1812/5 "About approval of the Program of training of citizens of Ukraine in offices of notary public or at private notaries", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 12, 2011 for No. 840/19578.

3. To department of notariate and bankruptcy (Baranova T. I.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

4. To chiefs of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to provide proper accomplishment of this order.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Yemelyanov I. I.
