According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", "About depositary system of Ukraine" and for the purpose of ensuring protection of the rights of investors and observance by members of the security market of requirements of acts of the legislation the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED parts seven of Article 5 and part two of article 20 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Bring in Requirements to the service agreement of the account in the securities approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of Ukraine of August 6, 2013 No. 1412, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 2, 2013 on No. 1502/24034, the following changes:

1) in Item 3 of the Section I:

"3. The agreement shall be constituted in the form of the single document signed by the parties or in electronic form according to the Laws of Ukraine "About electronic documents and electronic document management", "About the digital signature".";
