About approval of Changes to Regulations on ensuring with technical and other means rehabilitation of injured labor accident and occupational disease
According to Articles 21, of 34, of 38, 43 Laws of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and the occupational disease which entailed disability" board of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine decide:
1. Approve Changes to Regulations on ensuring with technical and other means rehabilitation of the injured labor accident and occupational disease approved by the resolution of board of Fund of March 25, 2008 No. 23, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 19, 2008 for No. 545/15236, which are applied.
2. From labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine to provide to executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
