1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

in item 4:
in word part three "purchases of precious metals in operational fund of gold stock and sale of values from it" shall be replaced with words "sales of precious metals with the simultaneous obligatory conclusion of the purchase agreement of equivalent amount of precious metals";
in part four:
to exclude from paragraph two of the word "on the terms of other completion date of transaction, other location of precious metals or other their quality";
in paragraph four of the word "as pledge" shall be replaced with words "for ensuring obligation fulfillment";
the fifth after the words "short-term loans in precious metals" to add the paragraph with words "(to place precious metals in deposits)";
in Item 41:
after part five to add Item with part of the following content:
"Regulations on interdepartmental commission of experts and its structure affirm National Bank and the Ministry of Finance.";
