No. 75-76, 1122) the following changes and amendment:
in Rules of reference of the field (group of fields, part of the field) firm types of minerals, except for popular, to category low-profitable and the taxation regarding severance tax, approved by the specified resolution:
3) of Item 13 to exclude the subitem;

MET rates for the field (group of fields, part of the field) referred to category of low-profitable decrease to the size allowing to bring closer profitability of the field (group of fields, part of the field) to zero level, but not below minimum rate of MET, stipulated in Item 19 these rules, except as specified, of stipulated in Item 19-1 these rules.
