About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2005 No. 415

1. Bring in the list of the documents submitted to the controlling (supervising) bodies by the individual entrepreneurs who are payers of the single tax or physical persons involved by them, No. 415 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2005 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 70, 5/15883; 2007, No. 68, 5/24867; 2009, No. 44, 5/29299), following changes and amendments:
1.1. in the name of columns of the word "through the shopping facilities relating to small retail retail chain stores of public catering" shall be replaced with words "through summer (seasonal) cafes and mini-cafe";
