Bring in the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies of February 20, 2009 No. 57-OD "About approval of Rules of differentiation by the power supplying organizations of rates for electrical energy for zones of days and (or) depending on amounts of its consumption by physical persons" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 5602, No. 53 published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper of April 10, 2009 (1650)), the following change:
in Rules of differentiation by the power supplying organizations of rates for electrical energy for zones of days and (or) depending on the amounts of its consumption by physical persons approved by the specified order:
state Item 43 in the following edition:
"43. The power supplying organization annually till April 1 and on October 1 represents to authorized body the daily load graph in regime days on two seasons of year with allocation of zones (as the specified schedules for autumn and winter season possibly use of the December schedule of the working day, for spring and summer - the June schedule), according to Appendix 3.".
2. To department on regulation in the field of electro-and heat-and-power engineeering of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies (Karimova Z. K.) provide:
1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
