"purchase of goods, the works and services necessary for realization of the activities connected with questions of monetary policy, stability of financial system, macroprudential regulation, creation and development of regional financial center, currency control and currency exchange control including acquisition of services of consultants and advisers for the specified questions.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
